Unified machine interface, cloud-based digital twins of assets, built-in webshop
From Machines to Connected Services
This project marks a major step in the digital transformation of OEM operations. Our team developed a Digital Twin Servitization Cloud Platform— an iCloud-like environment that connects equipment, data, and services across an entire fleet in the field.

With this platform, OEMs can collaborate seamlessly with their customers through a unified digital interface that mirrors every machine and system deployed worldwide. Each asset in the field is represented as a digital twin, complete with its structure, settings, generated data, and operational context.

A Complete View of Equipment Performance
The platform integrates usage data, configurations, and performance metrics, including OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), maintenance planning, and process analytics. Maintenance records, service orders, and spare-part management are linked directly to each digital twin, while a built-in webshop allows users to order consumables and spare parts instantly.

Driving Efficiency and Insight
Beyond monitoring, the system supports production planning and process optimization — for example, optimizing feed-mixing batches across milling, mixing, and pelletizing lines. By connecting machine data, operational planning, and predictive insights, the platform helps OEMs improve reliability, efficiency, and uptime across their installed base.

Servitization for the Next Generation of OEMs
This project exemplifies how OEMs can evolve from delivering physical machines to providing connected, data-driven services. Built with scalability in mind, the platform can be customized for other OEMs, enabling new business models centered on digital collaboration, predictive maintenance, and continuous performance improvement
